The Scholars Bowl team took 1st place at the Regional Scholars Bowl! The team will be headed to Fairfield to compete in the State Competition on February 11th.

Alg 2 finished up their Kansas Day projects today! Students “traveled” through KS writing equations of lines, parabolas, & systems of inequalities. Then, they researched cities that the lines passed through or encompassed. See all of the projects on our USD 392 Facebook page!

On Friday, Teresa Laraby from Kansas Workforce One spoke to our JH students and the OHS Web Team about social media awareness and the importance of your digital footprint.




Mr Reille’s STEPS students have been working on developing strategy while learning to play chess!




YEC students and participating seniors were a part of a presentation last Friday over interviewing skills. Teresa Laraby from Kansas Workforce One talked to the students about interviewing basics along with giving feedback on their answers to behavioral interview questions.


Mrs Lecuyer’s third grade class has a visit from Mrs Holloway today! They celebrated KS day with Jeopardy and dirt cake!
