Did you know that October is Farm to School Month? Today OES kindergarten, first, and second graders participated in Ag Literacy Day. This event was sponsored by Osborne Co. Farm Bureau and made possible with support from Osborne Livestock Commission, Landmark Implement, and many others. Students experienced a farm-to-table program featuring hay and cattle production. #BulldogPower #STEM
As the time for parent-teacher conferences approach, please be aware of these requirements when visiting the USD 392 campus. Conferences will be the evenings of October 26 and 27.
To wrap up Fire Prevention Week OES first graders visited the new fire station and took an exciting ride back to school on a fire truck! This hands-on activity was the culmination of a week of study in the classroom. #BulldogPower

Do you know what life is like in space? Some of our OES students learned about eating, drinking, exercising, and hygiene in space today during a program from the Kansas Cosmosphere. This event was made possible by the Dane G. Hansen Foundation's NWKS Learns initiative. #BulldogPower #STEM
Ms. Thibault's first graders harvested the first lettuce from their Aerogarden today and sampled it on a loaded nacho snack. The lettuce was a big hit and according to one first grader it is "the best lettuce in the US!" #BulldogPower #STEM
