Today's April Family Group was all about having a growth mindset. We learned about our Bubble Gum Brain and celebrated our top POWER earners, Readers of the Month, and those who made it into the 100 and 200 point AR club. We celebrated Braetin Ballard for selling $959 worth of trash bags and all students who sold a total of 947 rolls of trash bags! Thank you all for supporting OES and our students.

Friday, 3rd-5th graders were invited to the opening performance of the Kansas Storytelling Festival in Downs. They laughed through Bill Lepp's story of a fifth grader who changed the world and sang along with some silly Dino O'Dell performances.
